Modern Highlife musician, Flavour N’abania and
Chidinma have kept fans in suspense over their
relationship for several months following the
release of a music video (Ololufe) where the two
exchanged a passionate kiss that kept fans
speculating. Flavour has finally come out to clear
the air.

He said their music is more authentic when they
sing together, and people tend to connect more.
“Chidinma is just my friend. Our strong vibe comes
from how deeply we feel about music, sometimes,
when you want to do a music video, you want to
make it look real. We are not the first people. You
see the likes of Drake, Nicki Minaj [giving] lap-
dance on stage.”
The Ada Ada crooner who has been associated
with two baby mamas, Sandra Okagbue and Anna
Banner recently shut marriage off his mind when he
stated that marriage is a distraction to his music
career.
About kissing Chidinma on the music video,
Flavour emphasized on the importance of
originality when shooting music videos in order to
allow the fans connect to the visual ”It’s not about
the kissing. People felt the song; they were swept
away by our delivery, it was so original, that’s why
people were all thinking that there was something
going on [between us].” He added.
It will also be recalled that there have been cases
of the duo engaging in lip servicing. Aside the
music video, Flavour and Chidinma had also
exchanged a passionate kiss in a performance at
Onitsha but as usual, the sexy male musician
denied any form of emotional attachment. He said
“We wanted to be free! For real, there is nothing
going on. We are just very good friends and I
respect her for that.”
