On Sunday, August 14 2016, Selena Gomez and her ex-
boyfriend, Justin Bieber caught up in an instagram brawl
due to Bieber’s threat to make his page private if fans
continued to post hate comments about his rumoured lover,
Sofia Richie’s picture.
Taking fans’ side, Selena Gomez threw shades at the
Canadian singer for posting Sofia’s photo and threatening
fans. Selena responded, asking him to stop posting photos
of the 17-year-old model and stop blaming his fans.
“If you can’t handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your
girlfriend lol. It should be special between you two only. Don’t
be mad at your fans. They love you,” Selena wrote in the
comment section and deleted the comment after throwing
shade at her ex by thanking her own fans.
Unapologetic Bieber responded to Gomez’s comment with a
subtle diss, “It’s funny to see people that used me for attention
and still try to point the finger this way.” Selena didn’t find his
response lightly, she escalated, revealed he cheated on her
‘several times,’ in her response.
“Funny how the ones that cheated multiple times, are pointing
the finger at the ones that were forgiving and supportive,” she
wrote. “No wonder fans are mad. Sad. All love.”
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez broke their romance in
2014 after dating on and off for years.
