The debate over which rappers are the greatest have long been argued wherever hip-hop heads, fans and intellectuals are gathered.
Adding fuel to the on-going debate, Billboard released their list of the 10 greatest rappers of all time, continuing the never ending conversation on the already hot topic.
Knowing the list would incite reactions, Billboard made sure to specify they ranked ‘rappers and not rap artist’, which explains why Dr. Dre and Kanye West didn’t make the list.
